BATTLE OF KFAR TZVORA
The Battle of Kfar Tzvora was a conflict between a multi-national coalition and the Third Coronan Republic over the ruins of the Yog Narr bio-superweapon. Although the allies achieved initial gains, they failed to prevent the reactivation of the superweapon and were forced to withdraw.
BACKGROUNDDuring the Battle of Dinok, an ad-hoc task force including elements of the Imperial Jade Navy destroyed a Coronan raiding fleet that was gathering slaves, resources and materiel for an unknown purpose. Scouts from the Gauss Dominion identified a large build-up of military assets in the Kfar Tzvora system, prompting the arrival of task groups from multiple nations concerned over the growing power of the Third Coronan Republic and the possibility that they were attempting to utilise the ruins of Yog Narr, the gigantic Palm Mirdif bio-weapon, for military gain.
BATTLEA battle plan drawn up by the Gauss commander, Admiral Goden, was quickly agreed upon. The IJN fleet would launch a feint against Kfar Tzan, drawing enemy forces towards the moon and crushing the OCCCA fleets there. The Kepler, Gauss and Huron forces would pin the centre of the Coronan formation, whilst Alpha Zero would run interference and the Little Light forces would, when an opportunity presented itself, engage in a surgical strike to destroy Yog Narr and the Coronan megastructure, the Crucible.
KFAR TZAN FRONT
The IJN committed a feint attack against the OCCCA, sending a small unit of frigates and light destroyers supported by Goldstar drones to provoke an attack. An initial assault prompted a wing of the OCCCA fleet to counter-attack, where they were successfully lured into an ambush on the dark side of Kfar Tzan. After having routed the Cliffsider force at the cost of several Imperial ships, Admiral Prescott of the IJN pressed the attack. Assisting some Kepler raider forces in driving off more OCCCA ships, the Kepler raiding team and surviving IJN ships formed up together to advance towards the centre of the battlefield.
LITTLE LIGHT ATTACK
The Little Light launched a penetrating attack against Yog Narr itself, managing to pierce to the bioweapon's flesh tail, but to their dismay much of the monstrosity's defenses had been reactivated. They pressed the attack, pushing hard to inflict as much damage as possible and prevent Yog Narr, whom they had fought long ago, from reawakening.
THE CENTRE
Despite initial gains in the centre, the allied forces came up against considerable opposition as it became clear that the Coronans and their Wasting allies had fortified the region considerably, and had also set up a powerful psychic weapon which they fired at the Gauss and Huron fleets.

Despite the heavy losses they suffered, the allied centre pushed fowards and inflicted serious damage on the enemy, forcing them into a defensive stance as bit by bit their fleets and defensive systems were destroyed, whilst the Little Light began making serious dents in the bio-technical superstructure around Yog Narr which was designed to reawaken the Eclipse Lord.
However, the allies were not quick enough to prevent Creious from achieving his objectives. The Crucible megastructure was activated, destroying itself even as it sent a pulse of energy towards the corpse of Yog Narr. Simultaneously, an RKKV superweapon and volley of colossal bomb-pumped lasers was unleashed by the Wasting forces, held in reserve for this moment. As the Eclipse Lord began to stir, the enemy gathered for a massed attack as the allies suffered under the huge barrage of munitions.
Realising their primary objective had failed and that they lacked the power to deal with a fully awakened Yog Narr, the allied forces mounted a fighting retreat, suffering heavy losses. They were able to withdraw from the system before Yog Narr could fully activate and unleash his full destructive power against them.

AFTERMATH
Despite inflicting serious losses on the Coronan fleet, more than half of the allied force was either sunk or mission killed and they failed to stop Creious' primary objective, the resurrection of the terrifying bio-weapon Yog Narr. Rallying in the nearby Schist System, the allied survivors patched their damage before retreating, agreeing to return with far greater reinforcements to put a stop to the Eclipse Lord once and for all.
